Shipping Charges:

• For orders ₹499 or below, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 will apply.
  

Dispatch Timelines:

• All prepaid orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day.
  
• Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
  

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• COD is available for orders above ₹499
  
• A ₹99 COD handling charge will apply at checkout.
  

Where We Ship:

• We currently ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India.
  
• Our deliveries are fulfilled via trusted third-party logistics partners.
  
• We do not currently offer international shipping.
  

Delivery Timelines:

• Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
  
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
  

Delivery & Receipt:

• Orders will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  
• If you are unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt to:
  
  • Leave the parcel with a neighbor or a safe place (where permitted), or
    
  • Arrange a second attempt based on logistics policy.
    
• If multiple delivery attempts fail, the order may be cancelled and a fresh order will be arranged after speaking with you.
